Group structure
Gita 50001 is developed centrally in Iran and deployed internationally through two regional partner companies, Metachain in Türkiye and Shan in Canada. This structure keeps a single product core while adapting deployment to the needs and infrastructure of each region.

Developer of the Gita 50001 platform, domestic implementation and support
Gita is the product development core — the team that designs the software architecture, the computational logic behind each module, and the mapping of every ISO 50001 clause to a working capability. The company handles platform deployment for domestic clients, user training, and ongoing technical support. Every new release is tested with domestic clients across different industries before it reaches the regional partners.

Metachain
Istanbul, Türkiye
Regional delivery for Türkiye and neighbouring markets, integration engineering
Metachain is responsible for delivering Gita 50001 across Türkiye and neighbouring markets. Its main focus is integration engineering — connecting the platform to meters, SCADA systems and the data infrastructure of regional industries — alongside content localisation and local-language support. The Metachain team stays in ongoing contact with the development team in Iran so region-specific needs, including local regulatory requirements, feed into future releases.

Shan
Toronto, Canada
North American presence, research and standards liaison, product R&D
Shan represents the group's presence in North America and acts as the liaison between developments in the ISO 50001 standard and the product roadmap. The team tracks revisions to the standard, measurement and verification practices such as IPMVP, and emerging analytical methods, feeding findings back to the product development team as technical proposals.
