Online Monitoring & Metering

Metering data becomes a daily management tool, not a monthly surprise.

  • Clause 6.6 Planning for collection of energy data
  • Clause 9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation
  • Clause 8.1 Operational planning and control

The monitoring module turns raw meter data into a live operational picture. Readings from electricity, gas, water, steam and fuel meters — whatever their source protocol — appear on real-time views refreshed continuously as new values arrive from the field, aggregated at any interval from 15 minutes to a full month. Classic monitoring and targeting (M&T) charts plot actual consumption against the target line so sustained over-consumption is visible the same day it starts, not weeks later on an invoice. A configurable metering hierarchy, including calculated virtual meters, lets sub-areas that were never separately metered be monitored anyway, while shift and operator attribution turns behavioural energy programmes into something measurable rather than aspirational.

Real-time consumption view

Display live power, flow and consumption values per meter and per asset, continuously refreshed as new readings arrive from the field.

M&T target charts

Plot actual versus target consumption on classic monitoring and targeting charts, exposing sustained over-consumption days before the next invoice arrives.

Flexible aggregation intervals

Switch any chart between 15-minute, hourly, daily, shift-based or monthly aggregation without reconfiguring the underlying meter or its data source.

Metering hierarchy and virtual meters

Build calculated virtual meters from sums, differences or ratios of physical meters to monitor sub-areas that were never separately metered.

Shift and operator tracking

Attribute consumption automatically to shifts, crews or operators from the production schedule, giving behavioural energy programmes real, attributable evidence.

Plant-to-point drill-down

Move from a plant-level KPI down to area, line, machine and the single meter behind an anomaly in three clicks or fewer.

The figures and charts shown on this website are illustrative sample data used to demonstrate the software's capabilities and do not reflect the actual performance of any organization.

  • Deviations are caught the day they start, not the month they show up on a bill.

  • Operators get a daily tool instead of a monthly report nobody acts on.

  • Sub-areas without their own physical meter can still be tracked through virtual meters.

  • Behavioural energy-saving programmes get real attribution data instead of anecdote.

  • Root-cause investigation drops from a spreadsheet hunt to three clicks.

  • Live consumption dashboards per meter and per asset

  • M&T (monitoring and targeting) charts

  • Virtual meter definitions and hierarchy map

  • Shift/operator consumption attribution report
