Smart Deviation Alerts & Alarms
The anomaly that used to surface on next month's bill, flagged today.

A target line only helps if someone is told when consumption crosses it. This module continuously compares live and near-real-time consumption against the EnPI baseline and statistical confidence bounds, raising an alert the moment a genuine deviation — not ordinary model noise — is detected. Alert rules can be configured per meter, per SEU or per tariff condition, covering absolute thresholds, rate-of-change spikes, missing-data gaps and demand or power-factor limits approaching their contracted threshold. Alerts route to the right recipient by role and escalate automatically if unacknowledged within a configurable window, while every alert is logged with its trigger condition, acknowledgement and resolution for later review. The same engine flags data-quality problems before they contaminate a baseline or a report.
Threshold and rate-of-change alerts
Configure absolute, rate-of-change and missing-data alert rules per meter, per SEU or per tariff condition, tuned to what actually matters at each point.
Statistical deviation detection
Compare live consumption against the EnPI baseline and its confidence bounds, flagging genuine deviations rather than ordinary day-to-day model noise.
Role-based alert routing
Route each alert to the recipient responsible for that meter, SEU or site, instead of broadcasting every notification to everyone.
Automatic escalation
Escalate an unacknowledged alert automatically to the next level of responsibility after a configurable time window has passed.
Alert log and resolution trail
Log every alert with its trigger condition, acknowledgement time and resolution note, building a searchable history of past deviations.
Data-quality alerting
Flag frozen readings, missing intervals and out-of-range spikes at the source, before they can contaminate a baseline or a report.

The figures and charts shown on this website are illustrative sample data used to demonstrate the software's capabilities and do not reflect the actual performance of any organization.
A demand spike is caught in minutes, not discovered on next month's invoice.
Alerts reach the person who can actually act, not a shared inbox nobody checks.
An unresolved alert escalates automatically instead of silently expiring.
Every alert has a documented trigger, response time and resolution for later review.
Data-quality problems are caught before they reach a baseline, not after they distort it.
